Ontario Youth Camp is for individuals ages 12-18*, taking place from August 24 to 28, 2026.

*For those who are 12 years old, you must be turning 13 in the current calendar year, 2026.

If you are 18 and registering as a camper, you must provide your own accommodations (place to stay), as these will not be provided, and also provide a police check.

At Youth Camp, you will be able to:

  • Grow in your walk with God with our discipleship-focused day sessions
  • Enjoy hanging out with friends and being in a friendly competition to some Tribe Wars throughout the week
  • Worship and hear great preaching in the night services
  • Indulge in delicious meals throughout the day (breakfast, lunch, dinner)**
  • Late Night activities planned for after the service
  • Show off your talent at our talent show!

**Canteen with snacks after the evening services will be available for purchase. Please bring cash/card. Camp meals are also not for sale and are only for campers & staff.


IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • There is NO at-the-door registration.
  • Tickets are non-refundable as of Sunday, August 9, 2026.
  • Payment must be completed online through Eventbrite prior to the camp beginning. Campers will NOT be admitted until payment has been received.
  • All campers are required to read the CAMPER POLICIES (see below) and have their Pastor and a parent/guardian sign their application form in addition to registering and paying through Eventbrite

  • A signed copy of the Camper Application (page 2) by Pastor & Parent/Guardian must be submitted during the on-site check-in process or emailed to ontarioyouthupci@gmail.com by Monday, August 24, 2026.
  • A copy of this form will also be emailed to you once you complete registration on Eventbrite.


CAMPERS WITH THEIR OWN LODGING

  • Since your camper(s) will be staying in their own accommodations, it is important to complete the Liability Waiver for Campers with Independent Accommodations (this will also be emailed to you upon registration).
  • Please click this link to fill out the form and bring it with you when you check your camper in on Monday, August 24, at 12 PM.

STAFF Application

Staff applications are now open for Ontario Youth Camp and Hyphen Retreat! 


Youth Camp will take place from August 24 to 28, and Hyphen Retreat will be from August 28 to 29. Both events are held at the Huyck’s Bay Camp and Conference Centre.


We have several areas to serve, including recreation, supervision, cleaning, canteen, and more!


If you are 18+ and interested in volunteering at either event, please apply below. 


This year, we will offer our CHILD CARE program again at Youth Camp for volunteers with children ages 2 to 6.
