Ontario youth camp 2025 - About this event

Youth Camp is an annual event for the youth of the Ontario District of the United Pentecostal Church International, taking place from August 18 to 22, 2025. Youth Camp is for individuals ages 12-18*.

*PLEASE NOTE: For those who are 12 years old, you must be turning 13 in the current calendar year, 2025.
**If you are 18 and registering as a camper, you must provide your own accommodations (place to stay), as these will not be provided, and you must also provide a vulnerable sector check. **

You will be able to:

  • Grow in your walk with God with our discipleship-focused day sessions
  • Enjoy hanging out with friends and being in a friendly competition of some Tribe Wars throughout the week
  • Worship and hear great preaching in the night services
  • Indulge in delicious meals throughout the day (breakfast, lunch, dinner)**
  • Midnight Madness activities planned for after the service
  • Show off your talent in our talent show!

**PLEASE NOTE: Canteen with snacks after the evening services will be available for purchase. Please bring cash/card.


IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • There is NO at-the-door registration.
  • Tickets are non-refundable as of Sunday, August 10, 2025.
  • Payment must be completed online through Eventbrite prior to the camp's start. Campers will NOT be admitted until payment has been received.
  • All campers are required to read the CAMPER POLICIES (see below) and have their Pastor and a parent/guardian sign their application form in addition to registering and paying through Eventbrite

A signed hard copy of the Camp Policies must be submitted during the on-site check-in process or emailed to ontarioyouthupci@gmail.com by Monday, August 18, 2025. A copy of this form will also be emailed to you once you complete registration on Eventbrite.

  • To volunteer for Youth Camp, please complete the Volunteer Application once it becomes available. Please note: You must be 18 or older to volunteer and have a valid police check/vulnerable sector for Youth Camp. Contact ontarioyouthupci@gmail.com for more information.

  • Youth Camp is for individuals between the ages of 12 and 18. If you are 12, you must be turning 13 in the 2025 calendar year. If you are 18 during camp but turning 19 later in the year, you are still eligible to attend.

  • “Lodging Needed” = Your camper does NOT have a place to stay on-site. The camp will provide lodging.   “No Lodging Needed” = Your camper HAS a place to stay on-site (trailer, park home, etc.) and will be staying with a parent or guardian (18 years or older). No lodging is required from us.

  • You do not get to choose where your camper stays. Spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Campers can list their roommate preferences; however, please note that these preferences are not guaranteed. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but no changes will be made after registration.

  • Items include but are not limited to: Towel, bedding (sheets, blanket, pillow), bug spray, toothpaste/toothbrush, deodorant, soap/ lotion, sunscreen, clothes (pjs, outfits for activities and church), footwear, reusable water bottle, Bible, notebook/pen, signed copy of Camper Policies, canteen money.

  • Check-in: Monday, August 18, 2025, 12 PM Check-Out: Friday, August 22, 2025, 12 PM

  • Your camper can stay at your trailer/park home only if registered as “No Lodging Needed” and will be staying with a parent/guardian (18+). Friends may also stay if they are registered as “No Lodging Needed” and have indicated the Lot Number and supervising adult.

  • Campers will be able to participate in several activities, including: group tournaments, sports, paintball, swimming, and more!
